Job Description:

Duties: 2-4 years experience

Manages troubleshoots and diagnoses the design repairs planning and construction of equipment machinery buildings vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings. Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment labor materials and other related costs. Troubleshoots evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities. Inspects buildings grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems. Understands and complies with applicable codes regulations governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits. High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed
