Job Summary
- Multiple shifts are available. Shift assignment will be based on business needs and employees must be willing to work any shift as operational requirements change.
- Troubleshoot repair install and maintain facility equipment and building systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance service requests.
- Maintain electrical pneumatic hydraulic HVAC plumbing and other facility systems.
- Read and follow blueprints schematics technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Support safe efficient and reliable facility operations.
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed.
- 3 years of industrial commercial or facilities maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with electrical pneumatic hydraulic temperature and pressure control systems.
- Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams schematics and manuals.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC electrical plumbing or building maintenance experience.
- Vocational/technical training apprenticeship or associate degree in maintenance electrical HVAC mechatronics automation controls or a related field.
- Experience with SAP Preventive Maintenance/Work Order systems.
- Prior Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience.
