Facilities Maintenance and Operations Supervisor

How to be Successful in the Role:

Provide great customer service for our tenants and prioritize work orders while building your knowledge in facilities trades. Have a positive and enthusiastic work presence while working independently and while directly supervising and assisting experienced technicians and mechanics on various projects.

Your Future in this Role:

You will receive training and gain experience including building trades knowledge safety procedures building orientation computer applications and much more to help you become an experienced well-rounded facilities professional.

Core Daily Responsibilities:

• Additional education or experience may substitute for the recruiting requirements.
• A resume and cover letter are required for this position. Applications without a resume and cover letter will not be considered.
• Seven years of work experience in one or more of the building mechanical electrical carpentry plumbing construction or related trade areas
• To include two years of experience leading employees (e.g. assigning and coordinating work; providing guidance and coaching; preparing work schedules).
• Certain positions in this class may be required to possess or be able to obtain licenses required by state local or federal code or regulations including but not limited to class IV boiler operation license or higher.
• Possession of or the ability to obtain a valid Drivers license.

Satisfactory physical condition as evidenced by a county-approved physical examination may be required before appointment to the position.
