Facilities Internship (Level 1)

• Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities

• Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing fireproofing and firestopping exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS) anchor testing coring scanning material sampling leak investigations and forensic investigations

• Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors other technicians and project managers

• Actively pursuing an Associate Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering Architecture Building Science or related degree

• Interest in building forensics mechanical systems and structures

• Position requires carrying 40 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - mileage will be reimbursed
