Facilities Engineer

In this role you will oversee the design maintenance and optimization of building systems such as HVAC electrical plumbing and structural components. Coordinate with staff contractors and management to ensure operational functionality safety and energy efficiency across various settings.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Facilities Management Certifications/Accreditations CFM or PE preferred

• Technical expertise in mechanical electrical plumbing and building systems Strong analytical problem-solving and project management capabilities

• Effective leadership and communication skills Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards

• Preventative and corrective maintenance planning Facility inspections audits & compliance Emergency preparedness planning
