Were looking for a Facilities Assistant to help keep our warehouse inventory and facilities organized efficient and ready to support our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active takes pride in keeping things organized and wants to build a career in operations logistics or facilities management.

• Receive organize and store inventory materials and supplies
• Assist with loading unloading and staging deliveries
• Help track and issue tools equipment and materials
• Maintain organized warehouse storage and common areas
• Support inventory counts and material audits
• Assist with facility needs furniture moves and equipment setup
• Coordinate with team members to ensure materials are where they need to be
• Identify inventory shortages damaged materials or facility concerns
• Support office and field teams with general operational needs
• Follow established safety and housekeeping standards

• Like staying active and working with your hands
• Take pride in keeping spaces clean organized and efficient
• Are dependable and show up ready to work every day
• Communicate well and work effectively with others
• Can follow instructions while also taking initiative
• Enjoy solving problems and finding ways to help

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Ability to safely lift carry and move materials

• Experience in a warehouse facilities construction or operations environment
• Familiarity with tools equipment or construction materials
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record

• Frequent standing walking bending and lifting
• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Occasional outdoor work related to deliveries or facility support
