FieldBridge is looking for a Fabricator I - Bit in The Woodlands TX. We offer weekly pay benefits.

Pay Rate/Schedule:
$20.00 - $21.00/hour Monday - Friday 8 hrs/day Weekly pay every Friday Overtime opportunities as production demands require At $20/hr and 50 hrs/week for example earn weekly paychecks of $1100 gross.

Important Notes:

• Contract assignment (approximately 12 months) with possibility to extend
• 100% onsite
• Safety boots required

Position Overview:
Join a drill bit manufacturing team responsible for the full production cycle of PDC (diamond) drill bits including fabrication finishing repair and inspection. This role is built for someone eager to learn multiple manufacturing processes and work across different areas of the shop as production needs shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate finish and repair PDC (diamond) drill bits across multiple stages of production
• Perform brazing welding grinding and painting operations to specification
• Operate CNC machining plotting and furnace equipment as assigned
• Conduct quality inspections and final clean-up on completed bits
• Support general repair and rework operations rotating across work areas as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing fabrication or machine shop environment preferred
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow work instructions specifications and quality standards
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Safety boots required
• Ability to work 100% onsite in The Woodlands TX
