Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
To support SOAN371 students in their learning assignments and exam preparation and provide assistance to SOAN371 instructor

Attend class
Help teach research skills
Encourage and motivate student researchers
Provide feedback on student writing and research progress
Provide examples of research from own experience
Assist student researchers with problem-solving answer questions
Organize and provide review sessions for exams
Grade quizzes
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Completed SOAN371 with a grade of B or higher
Experience with quantitative research report writing and presentations
Skilled in writing speaking/presenting and in analyzing data using SPSS
Collaboration-oriented
Patient (with student questions)
Detail-oriented (for providing feedback and guidance on student work)
