Job Summary
Job Description:
The Extrusion Press Operator willbe responsible forthe process of applying coating todrawnand cut steel wire.
Essential Functions:
Candidatemust be able to learn all aspects of the extrusion and baking process.
This person must be mechanically inclined and willing toutilizethese skills toenhancethe value of the team.
Perform required quality checks
Complete machine setup/changeover promptly
Input data accurately intoRoutecard
Qualifications
Able to stand forlong periodsoftime
Mustbe able to work well with others.
Besafety consciousand have a safety first attitude.
Obtain a forklift license and be physically capable ofsafelyoperatingthe forklift
Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
Press Operator experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climbladders
Computer experiencepreferred.
