Extrusion Operator Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM 7:00 AM) 3-1-3 rotation; initial 90-day training on Day Shift (6:45 AM 7:00 PM)

Pay: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential 

Are you mechanically inclined detail-oriented and eager to drive high-performance results Join Avery Dennison as an Extrusion Machine Operator! In this key role you will take ownership of setting up operating and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality products

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Set up operate and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Quality & Precision Control: Monitor gauges valves temperatures and pressures. Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools.

• Process Optimization: Identify equipment abnormalities analyze root causes and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework.

• Material & Records Management: Load raw materials manage machine controls unload finished goods and maintain accurate production logs.

• Teamwork & Safety: Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma equivalent or 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

• Proven ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.

• Adaptability to handle shifting production priorities and short-notice overtime.

• Commitment to safety open communication and eagerness to cross-train.
