Express Technician (Ford)

Location: Cerritos CA (On-Site) Type: Full Time Hourly: $19/hr $21 flag *Must Be Available Full Time*

As anExpress Technician youre one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Ford. Youre responsible for showing our guests a super experience and getting them on the road quickly. Youll provide light vehicle maintenance keep a safe neat workspace and handle your responsibilities with honesty and integrity.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

What Youll Do:

• Deliver your guests cars every time on time as promised
• Perform oil changes check batteries and top off fluids
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
• Rotate repair mount and balance tires according to vehicle standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
• Perform minor services including software updates key programming and windshield wiper and filter replacements
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

What Youll Need:

• Full time availability. Youll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Experience at an Automotive School or Program
• Automotive 609 Certificate a plus
• Prior dealership experience a plus
