Bay Ridge Honda is seeking an experienced customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume fast-paced service team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering great customer experiences communicates clearly and works well in a structured team-oriented environment.
We are looking for a professional who understands the service drive values organization and is ready to help customers feel informed and supported throughout the service process.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Write repair orders provide estimates and present recommended services.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention.
- Maintain a clean organized workstation and stay up to date with Honda processes.
- Help the team meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements:
- 1 years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
- Honda or other OEM experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Professional calm and composed under pressure.
- Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Able to work full-time including Saturdays.
