Experienced Engineering Recruiter

• On-site 4 days a week 1 day remote each week
• Looking for two strong engineering recruiters. Open to both the experienced engineering recruiter level or senior engineering recruiter level

Responsibilities:

• Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Dice and Greenhouse)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches (cold calling networking identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations websites Boolean searches targeted companies/individuals etc.) managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
• Screen candidates to determine availability interest level business unit needs and qualifications
• Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches recruiting activity contact data etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field
• To qualify for the Experienced Engineering Recruiter min. 1 full year experience
• To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
• Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM preferred
