At Andrews Cadillac Brentwood warranty labor pays time and a half.

If your regular flat-rate pay is $40 per hour warranty work pays $60 per hour. If your regular rate is $45 per hour warranty work pays $67.50 per hour.

That means every $1.00 in your regular flat-rate pay becomes $1.50 on warranty work.

Experienced productive technicians at Andrews Cadillac Brentwood have the opportunity to earn $100000-$200000 annually based on skill level training efficiency and hours produced. Actual earnings vary by technician and are not guaranteed but this range reflects the real earning opportunity available in our shop for the right technician.

• Perform repair-order work efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose and repair engine transmission electrical steering suspension brake HVAC and related systems
• Use modern diagnostic tools special service equipment and manufacturer repair information
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer requirements
• Maintain required manufacturer training
• Maintain a clean safe and professional workspace
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair processes
• Treat every customers vehicle with care

• 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• GM experience required
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Positive team-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
