Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care are hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers for multiple high-volume locations across the Houston area. Our shops are built for serious advisors who want strong car count strong technician support proven processes and real earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Write and manage repair orders from intake through delivery
• Build accurate estimates and communicate recommendations clearly
• Sell needed maintenance and repair work with professionalism
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians parts and shop leadership
• Maintain strong CSI and customer retention
• Help drive sales gross profit workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor or service writer experience strongly preferred
• Ability to write estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Mechanical knowledge or strong familiarity with repair and maintenance services
• Strong closing follow-up and customer communication skills
• Organized fast-moving and comfortable managing multiple repair orders
• Positive attitude and commitment to team performance
