Exercise Specialist

Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatmentrelated tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming clinic experience
• Support patients through their rehab exercises with clear instruction and encouragement
• Maintain a clean organized and safe clinic environment
• Communicate effectively with patients clinicians and staff
• Help ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day

Qualifications :

• Interest in or degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology or related field
• Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Professionalism confidentiality and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to build rapport and motivate patients
