About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Executive Recruitment Consultant. This is a remote flexible role ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who wants to apply their expertise on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle candidate sourcing and pipeline development for executive-level searches
• Conduct candidate screening assessment and interview coordination
• Partner with search team members to align candidate slates with client requirements
• Maintain accurate records in the firm's ATS/CRM systems
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates within your area of specialization

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive search / executive recruitment
• Strong sourcing screening and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote part-time capacity
• Experience with ATS/CRM platforms preferred
