This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for an Executive Operations Partner to serve as a trusted right hand and critical resource for the President as well as the studios Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer. This role blends administrative excellence project coordination and business exposure offering an accelerated pathway into Hasbros AI Studio. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior executives gain visibility into how AI strategy and innovation shape enterprise operations and develop the skills necessary for a future leadership role within Hasbro.

A Day In The Life:

Executive and Team Support

• Manage complex calendars travel and communications for the President AI Studio with accuracy discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the President their direct reports and key internal stakeholders ensuring clarity alignment and timely execution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication scheduling and coordination.

Professional Development and Exposure

• Work closely with the President and their leadership team to gain insight into AI strategy financial management operational execution and corporate strategy.
• Attend select meetings with the President or leadership team taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability.
• Manage studiorecording logistics and take excellent care of voice talent who are workingwith the Studio.
• Participate in project work that deepens your understanding of Hasbros business and its approach to AI-driven innovation.
• Gain exposure to how AI Studio evaluates and integrates emerging AI tools platforms and use cases across the enterprise.

Project and Process Support

• Assist in managing special projects preparing executive summaries presentations and status updates.
• Support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency communication and strategic alignment within AI Studio.
• Conduct research and data gathering including on AI industry trends and tools to inform leadership discussions and decision-making.

Operational Excellence

• Manage expense reports document preparation and logistics with precision and confidentiality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team operations including through the use of AI-powered productivity tools.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree required
• Approximately 0-3 years of experience may be typical for this role but candidates with additional experience are welcome and will receive full consideration
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams PowerPoint Excel Outlook).
• Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology with curiosity about how its reshaping business operations.
• Experience or interest in working with creative talent in Hollywood.
• Intellectual curiosity a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset.
• This role requires onsite work 3 days per week at our studio in West Hollywood CA
