This leadership roleassists with supervisinghousekeeping team members conducting room inspections coordinating daily operations maintaining inventorysupporting stafftraining and deliveringoutstanding guest service. The ideal candidateis organized detail-oriented and passionateabout leading ateam committed toexcellence.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of two(2)years of progressivehousekeeping experiencein a hotelor hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory orleadership experience preferred.
- High school diplomaor equivalent required; hospitality educationis a plus.
- Experience with hotelproperty management systemsand Microsoft Officepreferred.
- Strong knowledge ofhousekeeping procedures cleaning standards andsafety practices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift throughoutan entire shift.
- Ability to lift push pull or carryup to 50pounds occasionally andup to 20pounds frequently.
- Ability to worka flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varying shiftsas business demandsrequire.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the ExecutiveHousekeeper with thedaily operation ofthe Housekeeping Department.
- Supervise Room Attendants Housepersons and Laundrystaff to ensurecleanliness productivity and quality standardsare achieved.
- Inspect guest roomspublic areas andback-of-housespaces to ensurecompliance withHilton brand standards.
- Assist with training coaching mentoring andperformance managementof housekeeping teammembers.
- Prepare daily workassignments and assistwith scheduling basedon occupancy andbusiness needs.
- Ensuretimely cleaning ofguest rooms andpublic spaces whilemaintainingproductivity goals.
- Monitor room statusand communicate effectivelywith the FrontOffice to ensureroom availability.
- Respond promptly andprofessionally to guestrequests and servicerecovery opportunities.
- Assist with inventorymanagement and orderingof housekeeping supplies linens and guestamenities.
- Ensurecompliance with safetyprocedures chemical handlingguidelines and OSHAstandards.
- Maintain properLost & Found proceduresand key controlpractices.
- Coordinate maintenance issueswith the EngineeringDepartment and followup to ensurecompletion.
- Assist with payrollreview attendance monitoring and labor productivity.
- Support hiring onboarding training and employeeengagementinitiatives.
- Help coordinate operationsduring high occupancyperiods group arrivals and special events.
- Foster a positivework environment builton teamwork accountability and exceptional guestservice.
- Perform Manager-on-Duty responsibilitiesas assigned.
- Perform other dutiesas assigned byhotel leadership.
