Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for cleanliness team development and guest satisfaction Our Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations.

What Youll Do

• Lead train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards throughout guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage scheduling labor costs inventory and department budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Partner with Front Office and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and service.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Experience managing staff schedules inventories and departmental performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
