Hocking Hills State Park is one of the most visited State Parks in the country requiring a level of attention to detail and service to meet the guests expectations and experience.
Job Summary: The Executive Housekeeperis responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas of the hotel to have ready for guests according to the policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
Assign daily boards to housekeeping team members
Maintain room quality based on hotel objectives
Monitor and maintain a level of cleanliness in rooms storage areas laundry restrooms and public areas
Compile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front office
Oversee all housekeeping duties
Maintain productivity and labor cost goals
Establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing linen inventories and cleaning supplies
Conduct inventories of linen supplies and equipment
Ensure quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced
Ensure satisfactory scores with brand by preparing for audits evaluating results and collaborating with management and team with necessary improvements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 4 years experience in all aspects of Housekeeping in a large multi-use facility required
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible with working nights weekends and holidays
Required to work at least 45 hours per week.
