What youll do

• Oversee daily operations department leaders staffing and vendor partnerships.
• Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies outreach and market insights.
• Manage budgets financial performance and key reporting.
• Champion resident experience safety compliance and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed.

You bring

• 5 years of leadership in senior living hospitality or related operations.
• Financial acumen people leadership and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing ADA OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
