Job Description

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive overall branch growth and profitability.
• Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships.
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing local team.
• Oversee staffing caregiver operations service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor operational financial and growth KPIs and execute plans to achieve business goals.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients families caregivers and referral partners.
• Maintain compliance with California home care requirements and organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand market presence and improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of home care or senior care leadership experience.
• Established referral relationships within Ventura County.
• Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and KPI management experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
