We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and help create exceptional dining experiences for the residents we proudly serve within our warm and welcoming community.

As Executive Chef you will oversee all kitchen operations while leading and supporting a dedicated culinary team. From preparing fresh nutritious meals to maintaining high standards in food quality safety and presentation this role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our residents each day. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who values teamwork creativity and resident satisfaction while helping create the inviting atmosphere that makes Azura of Fox Point feel like home.

What Youll Do:
Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff
Prepare and serve well-balanced resident-focused meals
Manage food ordering inventory budgeting and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and infection control standards
Train mentor and support kitchen team members
Maintain kitchen cleanliness equipment upkeep and required documentation
Support special events activities and resident engagement opportunities
