Job Overview

The Executive Assistant to the VP of Supply Chain provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Vice Presidentand theirleadership team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations across procurement planningsourcingand supplier qualityfunctions.

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars coordinate cross-functional initiatives support executive communications andassistin driving key supply chain priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills sound judgment discretion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operationally focused environment.

This job is located in Warroad MN. If youre considering relocating to Warroad you will be eligible to receive a relocation package. Highlights of your role

  • Manage thecalendars and travel formultiple senior leadersschedulingmeetings and coordinatingtravel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
  • Track and compile supply chainmetrics andotherperformance reports.
  • Collects data prepares and analyzes reports
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the VP leadership team internal partners and external suppliers
  • Plan and support supply chain leadership meetings including agendas presentations and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate preparation for operational reviews KPI discussions and strategy sessions. Track action items and ensuretimelyfollow-through on key initiatives
  • Assistin coordinating supply chain initiatives (e.g.category strategyimprovements vendor management efforts inventory optimization)
  • Support the preparation of any applicablesupplier-facing materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide general office support including ordering supplies managing mailand other miscellaneous general administrative support responsibilities
  • Assistswith project schedules and ensures action items arefollowed upon and completedon time.
  • Reviewsand processes expenses and PTO requests of the leadership team efficiently and effectively

Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • High school diploma; Associates orBachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of administrative experience preferably supporting senior leadership in supply chainorpurchasing.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written andinterpersonalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
