Job Summary
As anExecutive Assistant to the CEO you will serve as atrusted partner to the companys chief executive. This is a highly visible high-impact position supporting a fast-moving CEO whooperatesacross business strategy client relationships technology and AI industry thought leadership strategic partnerships and organizational growth.
In this role you willoperateas an extension of the CEO helping manage priorities protect the CEOs timeanticipateneeds coordinate across senior leadership and ensure important commitments move from conversation to execution. The successful candidate willpossessexceptional judgment discretion organization communication skills and the ability tooperateeffectively in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize a high-volume executive calendar aligned with revenue goals board obligations and strategic initiatives
Serve astheprimary gatekeeper controlling access and protecting executive focus
LeadlogisticsforThinkTankevents (approx.100-150 attendees) including travel scheduling and execution
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel including visa processing
Support Board operations and participation tracking
Prepare executive materials that directly inform leadership decisions
Design workflow and SOPs to improve operational efficiency
Maintain strict confidentiality across executive and organizational matters
Coordinate and execute business and personal errands for the CEO as needed ensuring requests are handled efficiently professionally and with discretion.
Coordinate and manage daily lunch and dinner orders for the executive floor ensuring meals are ordered accurately delivered on time and aligned with executive preferences and dietary needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
7 years of executive support experience preferably supporting a CEOChairman President or other C-suite executive.
Previousexperience supporting senior executives in consulting professional services technology or other high-growth fast-paced organizations is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to managenumerouspriorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability toanticipateexecutive needs and operate proactively with limited direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives clients business leaders and other high-levelboard members
Proven ability to handle confidential andhighly sensitiveinformation with discretion.
Comfortableoperating in a rapidly changing environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and modern productivity platforms.
Strong interest in and practical ability to useAI and automation toolsto improve executive productivity and workflow efficiency.
High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
