Job Summary

Erascais a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on discovering developing and commercializing medicines for the benefit of patients with cancer. Reporting to thePresident R&D the EA forResearch & Developmentwill provide executive administrative support to thePresident R&D CSOandCMO as well as supportingDevelopment-wide activities and meetings. They will alsopartnerwiththe Administrative Human ResourcesandOperationsfunctionsin San Diego and South Franciscotosupportand cultivatetheculture successful candidate will be organizedresilientmotivatedandhighlydetail-orientedwith the ability toprioritizecompetingand evolving they will bring energy and creativity todrive and support their own professional development and the creation of a happy and productive community ofErascals.

Note that this position can be hybrid in San Diego CA or South San Francisco CA or fully remote anywhere in the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex and diverse administrativesupportfor thePresident R&DCSOCMOand R&Dfunctions
  • Assistin prioritization time management and maintainingdeadlines
  • Coordinate andmaintaincalendars by scheduling complex meetings with multiple competingpriorities
  • Organizea variety of internal and external meetings conference calls and web meetings across multiple time zonesandstakeholders
  • Coordinate and execute varied domestic and international travelitineraries including flights hotels ground transportation the ability torespond to changing priorities and schedules successfully and withgrace
  • Coordinate with otheradministrativestaffto facilitateErascaconferencepresence including planningregistrationtravel and internal and externalmeetings
  • Provide administrative support for departmentsasneeded
  • Appropriately handle information of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Process expense reportsin a timely manner
  • Work collaborativelyand liaisewithErascaemployeesmembers of the executive team board members external partners andinvestors
  • Communicate with and representErascaandR&D leadershipexternally with investigators partnershealth authority administrative staffand other keystakeholders
  • Demonstrate professional confidence inonesown abilityandconvictions
  • Utilizeintuitionfrompreviousexperience working through complexsituations
  • Maintainthorough knowledge of company operations policiesandprocedures
  • Create and update complex PowerPoint presentations as well as other documents and correspondencein Word and Excel
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outsideindividuals
  • Collaborate with and supportPresident R&D CSO andCMO onindividual and ongoing projects and activities asassigned
  • EnsureErascais presented in an ethical professional and positive manner whilemaintaininghigh levelofconfidentiality
  • MayprovidebackuptoEA to CEO asappropriate and receive reciprocal support
  • Cultivateanenvironment of collegiality innovation and fun
  • Perform all duties in keeping with the Companys core valuespoliciesand all applicableregulations

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience
  • 10years progressively related administrative experience including supportingscientific or medical executives
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extensive calendar and meeting planningexperience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with effective timemanagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience managing confidentialandhighly sensitiveinformationwith highest degree ofdiscretion
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling a wide range of administrative tasks with little supervision oroversight
  • A sense of urgency and abilityto respond to internal and external correspondence ina timelyand professionalmanner
  • Discretion and good judgement areamust
  • Friendly team-oriented collaborative with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong learning orientation curiosity and commitment to science and patients

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120000 - $140000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job type and length of experience within the industry education etcetera. In addition to base salary the hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and an equity grant at hire and annually in the form of the option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
