Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation range: $75000.00 to $80000.00
- Serve as the Chairmans primary administrative resource.
- Manage travel arrangements itineraries accommodations and transportation.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling.
- Assist with business-related administrative and personal tasks as requested.
- Prepare correspondence and other documents.
- Anticipate the Chairmans administrative needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Manage the Presidents calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Schedule customer visits lunches and presentations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare supporting materials.
- Assist with correspondence reports and presentations.
- Track routine follow-up items and reminders.
- Provide administrative support as time permits after the Chairmans priorities have been addressed.
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for both executives.
- Maintain executive files and records.
- Process expense reports.
- Coordinate document routing for approvals and signatures.
- Screen calls and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Represent the Executive Office professionally with employees customers vendors and community partners.
