Do you thrive on keeping leaders organized projects moving and events running seamlessly Moms In Motion is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO.
Exceptional attention to detail and superior research abilities
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of internal staff management and external stakeholders
Strong administrative writing reporting and presentation skills specifically with Canva and PowerPoint
Event planning experience and familiarity with travel logistics are required
Proven leadership or management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office internet research and general computer applications
Strategic thinking and planning
Must submit to a criminal background check
Two professional references required
