POSITION SUMMARY
Provide support to Senior Management personnel by effectively managing his/her schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible complex and confidential administrative secretarial and analytical and research duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs advanced diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative support for senior management.
- Prepares correspondence and report. Screens telephone calls and visitors.
- Schedules appointments meetings and travel itineraries.
- Provide administrative support to the management staff
- Collects compiles and analyzes complex and confidential data and information.
- Stays abreast of organization policies and practices organization operations and personnel.
- Within established guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning organizing and scheduling work.
- Monitor project(s) progress to ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Create and disseminate various communications & reports.
- Greets scheduled visitors and guests when needed.
- Effectively communicate with employees customers suppliers & others on behalf of senior management.
OTHER DUTIES (Site Specific)
- May be expected to cross train in other administrative staff functions to support the site and contribute to associate development.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business whether mandatory or voluntary

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
- 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant for Executive Level Management
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Language Skills
- English (reading writing verbal)
Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate

- Effective communication skills (all modes) that reflect a high level of professionalism.
- Capable of multitasking and performing general administrative skills.
- Completes work with limited degree of supervision.
- Ability to assess the validity and applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options circumstances that are not covered by procedures.
- Strong business writing skills needed.
- Strong reading and math skills focused attention to detail.

For this position the expected base pay range is $62400-$78000 USD Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience skills education certifications and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
