Executive AdministratorAre you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic corporate environment Washington Trust is seeking an experienced highly organized proactive and solutions-driven Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating position requires more than outstanding administrative skills. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner who anticipates needs manages competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment and serves as a key point of coordination across the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars communications travel meetings and executive priorities while also supporting strategic projects leadership initiatives and special ideal candidate is comfortable working behind the scenes to keep executives focused on the highest-value activities while simultaneously engaging with senior leaders board members clients and community stakeholders. If you are an accomplished executive administrator looking for an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and mission-driven organization we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer ensuring the efficient management of daily activities priorities and complex and frequently changing calendars exercising sound judgment in prioritizing requests and aligning executive time with organizational objectives and strategic research gather information and prepare edit and proofread presentations reports correspondence briefing materials Board materials and other business documents ensuring accuracy quality and professionalism while supporting executive decision-making strategic initiatives and organizational and execute executive-level meetings leadership forums strategic planning sessions Board-related activities and special events proactively managing schedules agendas materials logistics technology and stakeholder communications. Extend support beyond the event itself by coordinating follow-up activities monitoring key action items and commitments and helping ensure that decisions are translated into meaningful executive needs identify potential scheduling or operational challenges and proactively recommend solutions before issues as a trusted representative of the Executive Office fostering effective communication and strong working relationships among senior leaders directors employees customers shareholders regulators community stakeholders and business partners. Manage and prioritize executive communications including email and telephone inquiries ensuring timely responses seamless follow-up and thoughtful coordination of matters requiring executive travel arrangements expense reporting and related logistics while maintaining compliance with company policies and ongoing initiatives commitments action items and leadership priorities helping to ensure deadlines are met deliverables remain on track and executives are informed of progress and potential ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities independently driving work to completion while keeping executives informed of progress issues and sound business judgment organizational knowledge and critical thinking skills to anticipate needs identify opportunities and provide proactive recommendations that enhance executive effectiveness and organizational seek ways to improve processes enhance efficiency and add value through insights organization and proactive discretion diplomacy and sound judgment in handling highly confidential sensitive and proprietary in managing Executive Office operations records document retention and the organization of key business information to ensure accuracy accessibility and compliance with corporate provide support to other executives as needed including to the Corporate Secretary with respect to Board and governance-related backup support for other executive administrative functions as Sets This Role ApartThe successful candidate will be more than an exceptional administrative professional. This individual will demonstrate strong business judgment identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and bring thoughtful insights that help senior leadership focus on the organizations highest Were Looking For:Minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives presidents CEOs COOs or other senior leaders. Experience in banking financial services higher education healthcare law or other complex professional environments ability to anticipate needs take initiative work independently exercise sound judgment and assume ownership of projects and assignments from concept through execution delivering successful outcomes with minimal written verbal analytical and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to synthesize complex business financial and strategic calendar management and scheduling expertise with the ability to manage competing priorities and rapidly changing organizational skills attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving critical thinking and relationship management skills with a proactive service-oriented proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams and SharePoint as well as other collaboration and meeting platforms including degree of professionalism discretion diplomacy and ability to handle highly confidential degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant executive support :Due to the nature of this role and the need to support senior executives the successful candidate must be able to work primarily onsite at Washington Trusts corporate headquarters in Westerly Rhode Island with periodic travel to our Providence office and other locations as business needs : A goodfaith reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $95000-$115000 per year and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience skills training certifications and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
