Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars meetings and travel arrangements
Coordinate domestic and occasional business travel and itineraries
Support executive scheduling and meeting logistics
Serve as primary contact for internal/external communications
Field calls emails and correspondence professionally
Draft and proofread business documents
Support office operations vendor coordination and mail
Help organize company meetings and recruiting events
Maintain confidentiality and discretion
Take on additional duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Hybrid schedule with occasional evening/weekend flexibility for events
Comfortable in a dynamic environment handling multiple priorities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
1 year in administrative executive support or staffing role preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization and multitasking with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
High integrity and professionalism
