EVS Utility Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develops maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of all promotions and events
• Mens & womens restrooms cleaned and maintained
• Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor front lobby areas and back of the house
• Associate Dinning Room maintained
• Faces sides tops and bases of machines wiped clean
• Floor clean of clutter
• Vacuum where designated
• Supervise staff members on your shift
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff members ability
• Work hands on with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures company policies rules and regulations and Jumers standards of cleanliness are enforced
• Help handle any problem situations with both employees and guests
• Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
• All other duties as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Union Representation: This position is represented by IUOE and is subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• Must be available to work weekends holidays and nights as scheduled
• Frequently required to stand walk and sit for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
• Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds
• Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs
• Frequently required to reach overhead

• $18.50/hr
