Administers configures and supports the districts ServiceNow platform. Manages users roles groups forms workflows notifications catalogs reports integrations upgrades and data quality while resolving platform incidents and following governance and security standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field or equivalent experience
46 years of IT systems administration with at least 3 years administering ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required or strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with ITSM Flow Designer/workflows Service Catalog reports access controls update sets testing and upgrades
JavaScript and integration knowledge preferred
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Equivalent combinations of education certifications and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
