We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Coordinate and direct childrens activities
• Work birthdays holiday parties and special events
• Produce communication materials
• Develop unique creative and innovative programs and events
• Participate in and lead high-energy physical activities often with multiple children at once
• Lift carry and transport materials including large panels bins and furniture

• Ability to work effectively with diverse staff parents and employees
• Ability to implement and supervise a positive creative and entertaining environment while incorporating youth enrichment programming
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
