We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff members to support promotional events customer engagement brand representation and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people participating in events and contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly professional assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective clients during events.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
• Assist with event setup operation and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials displays and event supplies.
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming event area.
• Support individual and team sales goals.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic outgoing and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in events sales customer service retail hospitality or promotions is a plus but not required.
