Event Staff

We are seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff to assist with promotional events customer engagement activities and in-person outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people contributing to a team and gaining hands-on experience in events promotions and customer engagement.

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Help prepare event materials displays and supplies.
• Support event setup organization and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers throughout events.
• Communicate information about products services and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and identify customer needs.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Assist team members with promotional activities and event responsibilities.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly outgoing and professional personality.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in events promotions customer service retail hospitality or sales is a plus but not required.
