Event Setup Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events displays and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work staying organized and working with a team to create successful and well-organized events.

• Help organize event equipment and materials before activities begin.
• Assist with loading unloading and moving event supplies safely.
• Maintain clean and organized event areas throughout activities.
• Help maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Assist team members with customer-facing event activities.
• Welcome attendees and provide basic event assistance.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
• Organize and store event materials following each event.
• Communicate setup or supply needs to appropriate team members.
• Support promotional and customer engagement activities when needed.
• Work collaboratively to ensure events are prepared and organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift carry and move event materials safely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable punctual and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an active event environment.
• Previous event hospitality retail warehouse setup or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
