Event Planner

• Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business

• Plan and coordinate birthday parties company outings school events and private celebrations

• Serve as the main point of contact for guestsbefore during and after events

• Create event timelines menus and layouts while keeping everything organized

• Work alongside our catering operations and amusements teams to deliver flawless events

• Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business

• Deliver exceptional guest service every step of the way

• Experience in event planning hospitality catering or sales

• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Great communicator who builds strong client relationships

• Able to multitask in a busy environment

• Comfortable working toward sales goals

• Professional friendly and team-focused

• Must be available weekends and event hours
