Title : Event Planner
Location : Boston MA
Duration : 4-6 months
Duration is 4-6 months with possibility of extension to end of year. Hours can be anywhere from 25-40 hours a week.
Theyre looking for an event planner/coordinator for the Boston office. The ideal candidate would have some event planning experience.
They need someone who is highly organized and detail-orientated and a very clear communicator.
Resource will be taking directions/instructions from team lead working alongside another colleague in a similar role. Team of 3 including team lead.
Job duties will include packing and shipping crates to hotels for events and following-up/tracking shipments.
