Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
ETL Design & Development:
- Develop and implement ETL processes to extract data from various sources transform it as per business requirements and load it into target systems.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries scripts and procedures to support data transformation and manipulation.
Data Integration:
- Integrate data from multiple sources including databases flat files APIs and cloud services.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data quality and consistency.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize ETL processes for performance scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL performance issues data discrepancies and failures.
Data Quality & Validation:
- Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor ETL jobs and workflows to ensure data loads are completed successfully and in a timely manner.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for ETL processes workflows and data mappings.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into ETL performance and data quality.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in data architecture and design discussions to ensure alignment with overall data strategy.

Qualifications Skills & Abilities:
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell) is desirable.
- Experience with cloud-based ETL tools and services (e.g. Azure Data Factory or DataBricks) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as e.g. Datafactory Tableau PowerBI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g. Oracle SQL Server MySQL).
