EstimatorScheduler

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join our Project Services Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Denver CO.

• Support the development maintenance and monitoring of project schedules forecasts budgets risks changes and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Perform estimating quantity takeoffs cost analysis forecasting reporting cash flow monitoring invoice processing and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with production of project Master Schedules contractor schedule review and analysis time extension analysis change management contractor coordination and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain project records and databases validates project information prepares reports and analyses and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams clients contractors consultants and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

• EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior internship experience in construction preferred

• EDUCATION
  • Completion of Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
• SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • Experience with electronic takeoff software Primavera P6 or other scheduling software and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software
  • Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred and understanding of basic construction scheduling concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Expected compensation range is between $65000 - $80000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
