Commercial Roofing Estimator
Richardson TX (Hybrid)
$75000 - $120000 base DOE highly competitive commission full benefits
Client: A premier commercial roofing contractor based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area specializing in large complex reroofing and new construction projects. Known for their strong market presence and top-tier project delivery they are making a strategic addition to their estimating department offering a clear path into Estimating Management within 2-3 years.
Job Info: Take ownership of the full estimating lifecycle on projects ranging from $80k to $6m. Unlike traditional estimating roles you will actively source leads (via bid boards and GC relationships) supplement inbound invites follow up on bids and close the sale before ensuring a seamless handoff to production. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office and regular travel for pre-bid meetings and site walks across the DFW market.
Requirements:
- 5 years estimating experience with major commercial roofing systems
- Proven ability to close sales and manage client communications through to production handoff
- Proficiency in EDGE estimating software (or highly advanced spreadsheet-based bidding)
- Established presence and relationships within the Texas/DFW market
