Estimating Coordinator

We are a full-service HVAC building automation chiller and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

This person will support the estimating department for the sales department regarding all administrative tasks. Experience in construction administration bid compilation scheduling and tracking.

Coordinate kick off meetings with Sales & Implementation teams
Take meeting minutes for design-build projects.
Generate status updates on active projects.
Perform routine clerical duties setting up new files maintaining and organization of department files reproducing documents drawings etc. for bid process and design production.
Generate Purchase orders & assist with price matching with vendors.
Manage vendor pricing spreadsheets & quotes.
Download and organize plan & specs for estimating department.
Track down subcontractor pricing.
Spreadsheet management (Bid Board & Prequal List)
Prequal applications
CRM Management
Create & manage vendor matrix

High School Diploma
Experience taking detailed meeting minutes.
2 years experience in back-office support.
1 years experience in construction back office preferred.
Effective communications skills and ability to work well with a team.
Detail oriented logical and methodical approach to problem solving.
Excellent organizational skills.
Scheduling and planning experience.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam.

Compensation Range: $36 - $38 per hour
