Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have substantial legal experience including hands-on estate planning and probate work. Pennsylvania Bar admission is preferred but not required. We welcome attorneys who are comfortable managing cases independently and tracking billable hours.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney who enjoys helping clients managing interesting legal matters and making a difference.

• Manage estate planning probate estate administration and elder law matters from start to finish.
• Draft wills trusts powers of attorney living wills and guardianship documents.
• Meet directly with clients understand their goals and provide thoughtful legal guidance.
• Represent clients in relevant court proceedings and administrative matters.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Build lasting client relationships while maintaining organized case files and accurate billable time records.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license required; Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred.
• 5 years of legal experience including 4 years focused on estate planning probate or related matters.
• Experience preparing estate planning documents and managing client cases.
• Familiarity with billable hours and legal timekeeping.
• Strong communication drafting organizational and client relationship skills.
• Elder law guardianship and estate administration experience preferred.
