Escrow Closer Processor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Closer / Escrow Processor to manage and facilitate real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role is responsible for preparing closing documents coordinating with all parties involved and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the escrow process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open process and manage escrow files from start to finish
• Review purchase agreements and closing instructions
• Prepare and review settlement statements (HUD/CD) for accuracy
• Coordinate with lenders real estate agents buyers sellers and attorneys
• Order and review title commitments payoffs and other required documents
• Ensure all closing conditions are met prior to funding
• Schedule and facilitate closings
• Handle disbursement of funds and finalize closing packages
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in escrow title or real estate transactions required
• Experience as an Escrow Assistant Escrow Officer Title Processor or similar role preferred
• Strong understanding of closing documents and escrow procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with title/escrow software and Microsoft Office

Compensation:
Salary is dependent on experience.
