Your specific duties will include:
- Coordinating with sales management to plan and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing escrow service revenues.
- Overseeing branch escrow accounting functions and reporting any discrepancies to management under corporate guidelines.
- Assisting escrow personnel to ensure adherence to good escrow practices and company procedures.
- Responding to complex questions regarding escrow and closings.
- Collaborating with the Escrow Administrator as needed to evaluate and establish uniform procedures.
- Keeping management informed of potential claims or loss situations.
- Considerable knowledge of escrow practices.
- Knowledge of regulations affecting the title insurance and escrow industry.
- Demonstrated ability to close all types of escrows as required.
- Knowledge of sound management practices to effectively motivate and counsel employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in person and by telephone.
- High school diploma with significant experience in real property title banking or real estate.
- Several years of experience in the escrow industry is strongly preferred.
