Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls internet inquiries and chats
• Provide guests with timely relevant responses to address customer questions and needs
• Facilitate providing guests price and purchasing information
• Provide payment options and quotes
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs

• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Bilingual 
• Ability to work on a team
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in verbal phone skills
• Ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be adaptable to change
• Proficient using a computer
• Evening and weekend schedule availability required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous eSales experience for an automotive dealership
