ERPIT Intern- Summer 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Help enter review update and validate data within the system.
• Assist with identifying and correcting data issues.
• Support ERP system testing upgrades and improvement projects.
• Help create and update procedures work instructions and training materials.
• Assist with reports and data analysis as needed.
• Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs.
• Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

June 2 2027-August 6 2027

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science.
• Strong interest in ERP systems technology and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous experience with an ERP system such as SAP is a plus but not required.

Additional Information :

The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
