Equipment Validation Specialist

Validation & Engineering Group Inc. (V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Chemical Food and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory Compliance Computer Engineering Project Management Validation and other services.

We are seeking a talented dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

• Equipment Validation Specialist

Description:

• Responsible for hands-on execution of installation operational and performance qualification activities
• Perform equipment risk assessments and support change control activities
• Support equipment commissioning and handover to operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related science
• 25 years in equipment validation or qualification (medical devices preferred)
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP requirements and FDA expectations
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and execution
• Strong SOP and protocol writing skills; ability to produce traceable audit-ready records
• Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) able to interact with site teams and suppliers
• Full-time on-site; flexible to work occasional weekends or extra hours as needed
